Copyright & infringement policy

1. Copyright Notice

DJ Vault respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, artists, producers, record labels, publishers, licensors, and other rights holders.

All content made available through DJVault.store, including but not limited to digital DJ packs, DJ edits, sound effects, graphics, artwork, logos, text, software, downloadable files, and other digital materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

DJ Vault does not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to third parties unless expressly stated.

Where DJ Vault is authorized to distribute, license, sell, or make particular materials available, those materials are provided only according to the rights and permissions applicable to those materials.

Purchasing or downloading a digital product from DJ Vault does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the customer.

2. Customer Use and Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product terms or license, customers may not:

• Resell or commercially redistribute DJ Vault digital products.
• Upload purchased files to public file-sharing services.
• Share private download links with unauthorized individuals.
• Make purchased files publicly available.
• Repackage and sell DJ Vault materials as another product.
• Upload DJ Vault materials to torrent networks or unauthorized download platforms.
• Give purchased digital packages to other DJs or third parties.
• Claim ownership of copyrighted material belonging to another person or entity.
• Use DJ Vault materials in a manner that violates applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.

DJ Vault may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there is evidence of unauthorized redistribution, sharing, resale, fraudulent activity, or other serious violations of the applicable Terms of Service or License Agreement.

3. Copyright Infringement Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material available through DJVault.store infringes your copyright, you may contact DJ Vault with a written notice of claimed infringement.

The notice should include:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
• A description of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• The URL, file location, product page, or other information identifying the material at issue.
• A description of the alleged infringement.
• The date and, where applicable, the time associated with the alleged infringement.
• Any information reasonably necessary for DJ Vault to investigate the claim.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

DJ Vault will handle copyright complaints in accordance with applicable Canadian law.

5. Review of Copyright Complaints

When DJ Vault receives a credible copyright complaint, it may investigate the claim and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, DJ Vault may:

• Temporarily restrict access to the material.
• Remove or disable access to the material.
• Contact the person or account associated with the material.
• Request additional information from the copyright claimant.
• Request documentation supporting the claimed copyright interest.
• Suspend or terminate access associated with unauthorized distribution.
• Take other appropriate action consistent with applicable law and our agreements.

A complaint does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred.

6. Canadian Copyright Framework

DJ Vault recognizes Canada's applicable copyright laws and the statutory Notice-and-Notice framework where applicable.

DJ Vault will handle copyright notices and related matters in accordance with applicable Canadian law.

7. False or Misleading Claims

Copyright complaints must be made in good faith.

Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information in connection with a copyright complaint may have legal consequences.

DJ Vault reserves the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action where the copyright process is abused.

8. Repeat Infringement and Unauthorized Distribution

DJ Vault may take stronger action against customers who repeatedly engage in unauthorized distribution or misuse of digital products.

This may include:

• Repeated sharing of purchased download links.
• Redistribution of entire DJ packs.
• Reselling DJ Vault products without authorization.
• Uploading DJ Vault files to unauthorized websites.
• Sharing account credentials.
• Circumventing download or access controls.
• Attempting to provide unauthorized access to other users.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of an account and cancellation of access to digital products, subject to applicable law.

9. No Transfer of Copyright Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a DJ Vault product does not transfer copyright ownership in the underlying content to the customer.

Customers receive only the rights expressly granted by the applicable product terms, license, or other agreement.

Nothing on DJVault.store should be interpreted as granting a customer ownership of a third party's copyrighted music, recordings, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Copyright & Infringement Policy should be read together with DJ Vault's:

• Acceptable Use Policy

If there is a conflict between this policy and applicable law, applicable law will prevail.
